Before I connected with Laura, I was feeling obsessive about food, calorie intake, controlling my weight and exercise. I felt as if I was constantly fighting with my body to not put on weight. I was worn out from the constant struggle, feeling like I wasn’t good enough until I lost weight. I was also due for a hiatus hernia operation, after which I would be on a liquid only diet for some weeks – I was paranoid about how I was going to handle that, and that even if I lost weight, I would no doubt soon gain it all back (and then some!). What Will Happen When We Meet?

Expect an open conversation during which you'll be asked a lot of questions about yourself. These questions help me understand where you are at and where you want your relationship with food to go. They also help me identify what you need to do so you can reach peace with food with ease  and maintain a weight you're comfortable with for the rest of your life.


You won't need to prepare anything because the questions will be straightforward. But you'll be invited to fill in a questionnaire before the call.

What this Call Is Not

Your 20-minute meeting is not some sort of “sales ambush” where you get your arm twisted and pushed into something that you don’t want. I usually don't even talk about my services during this call because I need to know we are both mutually interested in working together first.


Also, the meeting is NOT a quick coaching session where I tell you what you need to do and you go away and do it. We both know that quick fixes are not enough to delivery PERMANENT results. So, I won't be sharing tips you can't implement effectively without expert guidance and coaching.
