Hey Lovely,

Last week, I promised I would show you the formula I have found to
make unshakable decisions,
the kind of decisions that can change your life forever.

So, today is your lucky day...
because I'll share with you one tip that has helped me do so several times.

Let's imagine that you want to find peace with food.

Your first step is to become aware of what's causing trouble with food.
And to do so, you have to raise your level of self-awareness.
This is the tip I have shared in this video.

Now, let's go a step further.

In the video, I recommend practicing mindful meditation to build self-awareness.

Mindful meditation is a very powerful tool.
It can help you become mindful on demand.

And, if you want to make the unshakable decision to find peace with food,
binge eating mindfully can help.

//Now, you may be thinking this is crazy, scary or impossible.
And, if you are, I can understand.
Read on.
You'll be glad you have.//

Right before you binge part of our brain shuts down.
The urge to eat takes your entire mind space and attention.
Any logical reasoning seems to fail.

But if you practice mindfulness at this precise moment, you have the opportunity to observe yourself.
And if you do so often enough you may experience a mind shift.

Richard Bandler, who co-created neuro-linguistic programming or NLP mentions this in one of his books:

Several of his clients decided to stop a behavior after observing themselves experiencing it from a distance.
They saw themselves go through the motions of their negative behavior... And, it just didn't make sense anymore.
So, they changed their minds about it and decided it was time to let it go.

Simple as that!

I experienced this exact epiphany several times. It has helped me choose to learn to love myself better, to fully recover from love addiction and let go of my past among other things.

I feel so grateful for the tremendous benefits of being mindful of my toxic behavior has provided me. I felt like sharing this trick with you.

If you want to try this yourself, just practice this guided mindful meditation for 30 days first.
You'll find a download link to it right below the video about self-awareness on this page.

After you have practiced it for a few days, you can try to practice mindfulness as you get up, walk, go shopping...
Then, you can apply it to observe cravings, food obsessions, fear, shame, guilt... and when you're ready, binge eating.

Whatever you do, take it slow.
And, be gentle with yourself.

If you've decided to try it, let me know by replying to this email with "go mindful" as a message.
And, if you don't feel ready for this, that's OK too.

Enjoy,

Laura

PS: I have made a few decisions of my own... And, you'll see a few changes happening soon. ;)
