Firstly, I’ll ask you a lot of questions about yourself to make sure I understand where you are at and where you want your relationship with food to go. You won't need to prepare anything because the questions will be straightforward. They will help me identify what you need to do so you can reach peace with food without control or struggle and also be at a weight you're comfortable with for the rest of your life.
And at that point, I’ll know if my method would be a good fit for your needs.
If it’s not I’ll probably be able to recommend something or someone else that would be a better fit.
And if we are a fit, we can talk about the different ways I work with clients.
Of course, you'll be able to ask me questions as well.
Just so you know, your 20-minute meeting is not some sort of “sales ambush” where you get your arm twisted and pushed into something that you don’t want. That wouldn’t be fair to both us. I only want to work with people who are EXCITED and eager to work with me. And, my work is built on trust and openness so expect an open conversation from the start.
Also, the meeting is NOT a quick coaching consultation where I tell you what to you need to do and you go away and do it. I don't do quick fixes. I go for permanent and sustained results. So, I won't be sharing tips you can't implement effectively without expert guidance and coaching.
But I will show you a clear path that can take you from where you are to where you want to be and reveal at least one of your unique overeating drives. I call overeating drives; psychological, mental, or behavioral habits and attitudes that promote overeating usually without you knowing so.
